About

Shawndreika Idahosa is a highly accomplished educator with a passion for helping young people succeed. With experience teaching and mentoring in the Akron and Cleveland, Ohio area school district, she has made a significant impact on the lives of countless students. In addition to her teaching work, Shawndreika also a proctor SAT/ACT Examiner for Akron, Ohio, and has written curriculum courses. Her work as a Fashion Design Educator has given her a unique perspective on how to break down barriers for high school students from impoverished backgrounds, helping to encourage and build their self-esteem.

Girl Empowerment Inc. is dedicated to empowering young women and men who aspire to be entrepreneurs. Our mission is to provide them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their careers and achieve their goals. We believe that with the right support and guidance, anyone can achieve their dreams and make a positive change in their enviroment.

Our vision is to empower young individuals to create a vision for themselves, by giving them the opportunity and exposure to other community leaders. We know the power of determination and persistence. Will eventually create powerful people, and will build a better work and living environment
