After, at just 26, Carse’s dream finally came true — she became the youngest female salon owner in Beverly Hills, with the launch of Fringe Beverly Hills: A Lindsey Carse Salon! Lindsey is known for her extensions expertise and Fringe even has some amazing celeb clients, like Tori Spelling and Reese Witherspoon!
